As a landlord, you would lease the rental property to us for an agreed period of time. Upon signing of this agreement, we will ensure the rent is paid every month, on time, with no void periods.
All properties must meet the necessary requirements listed on the Landlords page. Prior to any agreements being signed, a member of the team would arrange a viewing to ensure all white goods are present and that the home is in good rentable condition
Due to the nature of our business, we have been able to establish strong working relationships with local councils, assisting in the process of housing tenants urgently. As you may know, the demand for social housing is quite high, which has resulted in the local authorities requiring additional support. The local authorities are constantly in need of housing, to accommodate tenants in a safe living environment which we provide.
If a landlord or a team member from KNE Housing Solutions feels a tenant is not suitable for the property, they are disrespectful or uncooperative, KNE Housing Solutions will have the tenant moved within 7 days. We are able to facilitate this to ensure a landlord is happy with their tenant, as we have a zero tolerance to any anti-social behaviour.
